The Users Menu allows organization administrators to efficiently manage user accounts, invitations, and roles within GovAI. This guide outlines how to view existing users, invite new users (individually or in bulk), and manage user groups and roles.
1. Accessing the Users Menu
Navigate to the Admin menu and select Users. Here, you will see a dashboard displaying all users in your organization. The dashboard includes:
Name and Title
Email Address
MFA status
Last Login Date
Role (e.g., Administrator)
Groups the user belongs to
You can filter users by Groups or Roles, or use the search bar to locate specific users.
Managing Individual Users
For each user, click the three dots (•••) on the right to:
View user details
Manage Groups (add or remove user from groups)
Manage Roles (change the user's access level)
2. Invited Users
At the bottom of the Users dashboard, the Invited Users section lists pending invitations and lets you resend invites if needed.
To invite a new user:
Click the Invite Users button.
In the pop-up that appears, enter the recipient's email address.
Optionally, include a personalized message in the invite.
Click Send Invites.
Invited users will receive an email with instructions to join your organization.
3. Inviting Users in Bulk
If you need to invite multiple users:
Click Invite Users.
In the "Invite Users" window, enter multiple email addresses separated by commas or new lines in the Invite Users (CSV) field.
Optionally, add a custom message.
Click Send Invites.

4. Managing Pending Invitations
All outstanding invitations appear in the Invited Users section. Next to each invited email, you'll see the option to Resend the invitation—a helpful feature if a user has missed or not received their initial invite.
You can also use the search bar in this section to quickly find a specific pending invite.
