GovAI is transitioning to a self-hosted identity infrastructure.
To ensure uninterrupted service and access, please follow the attached walkthrough guide to reconfigure your SSO and SCIM settings by December 10, 2025.
After this deadline, the old SSO and SCIM system will be retired. Users who have not reconfigured their settings will only be able to log in using their email/password combination or a login code (if that feature is enabled).
If your organization uses both SSO and SCIM, you’ll complete both setups before enabling the new infrastructure toggle (follow guide).
If your organization uses only either SSO or SCIM please scroll down to the “Only SSO” or “Only SCIM” section in the guide.
If you follow the steps in this guide you will be able to have a zero-dowtime migration between the old infrastructure and the new infrastructure.
