User Dashboard
The Enhanced User Dashboard delivers faster load times and higher data capacity, new usage metrics, more flexible filters, and one‑click export/print options. These improvements help admins and analysts quickly identify power users, spot training opportunities, and run audits with minimal wait time.
What’s new?
Faster performance: Graph generation and data queries run on an updated engine so the dashboard handles larger datasets and loads more quickly.
Top Active Users: A new card lists the top 3 users by prompt volume for the current filter set.
Expanded user table: Each user row now shows prompt count and thread count, plus an average prompts-per-thread metric (display only).
Advanced filters: Filter by individual or multiple users, functional area, seniority, user groups, prompt category, and time range.
Export & Print: Export tables to CSV and print charts or pages with a single click.
How to Use the Dashboard
Open the dashboard and choose a time range in the top filter bar.
Apply filters to narrow your view:
Select one or more users from the Users dropdown.
Choose Functional Area, Seniority, or User Group to focus on cohorts.
Pick Prompt Category to see trends for specific use cases (e.g., generative prompts).
Watch panels update in the background — the top users card and the user table refresh automatically.
Sort the user table by any column to rank users by prompts, threads, or average prompts-per-thread.
Change the number of rows shown using the results per page control.
Export the current table view: click Export CSV to download the filtered results for offline analysis.
Print charts or the current page using Print.
Practical Use Cases
Identify training targets: sort by prompt volume to find heavy users or by thread counts to spot diverse use‑case activity.
Champion discovery: use filters (department + seniority) to find internal champions for piloting new workflows.
Audit & reporting: export CSVs of filtered views for reports or to feed into other analytics tools.
